RSP Portfolio Membership is an independent innovative financing private membership to facilitate property wealth creation worldwide. The founding members have many years of experience and expertise duly employed to source, solidify and enhance property wealth creation for members worldwide.
MEMBERSHIP
RSP Portfolio Membership will be by recommendation or referrals through existing members only in order to maintain trust and understanding of members and the process involved in creating property wealth. We also accept membership from individuals who aspire to create wealth through innovative property acquisition.
UNDERTAKING
The interest of RSP Portfolio Members is safely guarded and we guarantee to use our best endeavours to discharge our obligation to provide agreed completed property (ies) to parners at the end of their Membership period.
UNDERSTANDING
RSP Global Properties undertakes bespoke property projects with renowned developers to enhance property wealth creation. RSP Property Portfolio negotiates bulk purchasing of property from developers and adds further value and services to the projects before pass on the huge discount to RSP Portfolio Members. Memberships are therefore locked-in for 12- 18 months from start to finish. Members have an option of using mortgage facilities or other financial options. * Notwithstanding the above, RSP Property Portfolio will allow RSP Portfolio Members to recall their initial deposit within the first six months by given a written notice of a period not less than (1) months. Notice period is necessary in order to maintain the satiability of the operation. After six months membership, agreed properties will have to be sold before deposit can be returned
